01Scope of these terms

These Website Terms of Use govern your use of onenexus.ai. They are separate from, and don't govern, your use of the OneNexus platform itself. If your organization has signed an Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) with Nexus Frontier Tech Limited, your use of the OneNexus platform, and any custom application developed under a Statement of Work (SOW) issued under that ELA, is governed by that agreement, not by this page. Where these terms and your ELA conflict on anything relating to the platform, your ELA governs.

By using onenexus.ai, you agree to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information collected through this site, and our Information Security Policy for how we secure it.

02Your relationship with OneNexus

OneNexus is sold as an enterprise engagement, not a self-serve product. Access to the platform is provisioned after your organization signs an ELA, and specific work, including custom applications built on OneNexus, is scoped under a SOW issued under that ELA. Nothing on this website, including anything demonstrated, described or priced here, is an offer capable of acceptance by browsing the site or clicking a button. Any commitment becomes binding only once it's reflected in a signed ELA or SOW.

03Intellectual property

The onenexus.ai website, including its text, design and graphics, and the OneNexus and SignChain names and marks, is owned by Nexus Frontier Tech Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages from this site for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of it without our permission.

04Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to use onenexus.ai to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any systems behind it;
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content from the site, other than through search engines indexing it for search purposes;
• Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
• Impersonate Nexus Frontier Tech, OneNexus, or any person or organization;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

If you're a OneNexus platform user, your use of the platform itself is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which covers agent behavior, signing integrity and other platform-specific restrictions this page doesn't.

05No warranties

onenexus.ai and its content are provided as is. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Nothing on this site is professional, financial or legal advice.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexus Frontier Tech Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, onenexus.ai. This limitation doesn't apply to your organization's ELA, which has its own liability terms specific to the platform.

07Links to other sites

This site links to other websites we don't directly maintain as part of onenexus.ai, including nexusfrontier.tech and our ISO certification body's verification page. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This is separate from the governing law and dispute resolution terms in your organization's ELA, which may differ.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
